Fleet Foreman Demo
Scenario
An unexpected hail storm comes thru causing severe damage to 12 units. 7 units can be repaired now; while 5 units are still in-service; the operators are driving them around with existing hail damage. Instead of waiting on your regular body shop, you save time and money by logging into Uptime to secure repair quotes from pre-vetted Paintless Dent Repair vendors!
As the Fleet Foreman, you want to complete the following:
#1) Review and Compare Repair Quotes
#2) Select the Winning Repair Bid
#3) Approve the Cost of the Winning Estimate
#4) Use the “Delay” Repairs Button to Track Assets In-Service with Existing Hail Damage.
Now it’s your turn! Follow the instructions below to complete steps 1-4 above.
B. Sign in with the following credential as a Fleet Foreman to review the incident.

C. Navigate to the ‘Estimate Selection’ Progress Tab to review and compare repair quotes and select the winning estimate.

D. On the right upper corner of the incident page, you will see the ‘Delay Incident’ button, hit ‘Delay Incident’ for the damaged units that are still in service.
PLEASE NOTE: You can always ‘Re-Open’ the incident to its previous status.
