USER TYPE GUIDE

FLEET MANAGER

  • FM Role Carries the Broadest Functionality; Including All of the Privileges Listed Below and the Ability to Add/Delete Users, Vehicles, and Body shops.

  • Review/Download Standard Fleet Reports.

  • Submit Customized Reporting Requests.

RISK MANAGER

  • View Damages and Reported Injuries from Scene.

  • Approve/Deny Internal Incident Reports.

  • Electronically Request, Review, Compare, and Select Estimates.

  • Approve/Deny Requests for Payment Authority.

  • Approve/Deny Pending Supplements.

  • View Repair Status and Estimated Repair Completion Date.

  • Securely Chat with Internal Departments and External Vendors.
