Built for Accident Governance

UPtime™ creates one governed case from First Notice of Loss through final resolution, connecting decisions, evidence, and outcomes.

Purpose-Built Platform

Why We Exist

Organizations invest billions preventing accidents, repairing damaged assets, and managing claims. Yet the decisions that determine cost, compliance, accountability, recovery, and operational performance remain fragmented across disconnected systems, emails, spreadsheets, vendors, and departments.

We believe the organizations that own the assets, manage the risk, and bear the financial consequences of an accident should also have complete visibility, accountability, and control over every decision that follows. That belief led us to create UPtime™, the Operating System for Accident Governance, transforming every accident into one governed case and one trusted system of record from First Notice of Loss through final resolution.

Our Vision

We envision a future where every operational accident is governed with the same discipline, visibility, and accountability as every financial transaction. We believe Accident Governance will become a standard enterprise function, enabling organizations to make faster decisions, reduce operational risk, improve financial outcomes, and strengthen public trust. That is the future SHzoom is building.

Founder & CEO

Ingrid is the Founder and CEO of SHzoom Technologies and inventor whose patented innovations created the foundation for Accident Governance. With more than 30 years of experience spanning insurance, fleet operations, accident recovery, and enterprise software, Ingrid recognized that organizations governed vehicles, repairs, and claims, but not the accident event itself.

That insight led to the creation of UPtime™, the world’s first commercially deployed Operating System for Accident Governance. Her patented innovations have been independently cited by leading technology and insurance companies, and as Principal Investigator for a U.S. Air Force AFWERX SBIR award, she continues to advance Accident Governance as a new enterprise discipline worldwide.

Ingrid also created FleetGap™, a national workforce initiative developed in partnership with NAFA® and the Department of Defense SkillBridge™ program to support transitioning military fleet professionals and strengthen the future workforce of the fleet industry.
