Meet Our Founder

Ingrid Cook Moravitz

Ingrid Cook Moravitz is the Founder and CEO of SHzoom Technologies and the inventor of UPtime, a patented platform designed to improve how government and self insured fleets manage accidents and repair decisions. Before founding SHzoom, she spent more than two decades in the auto insurance industry leading claims operations, repair oversight, and recovery programs. She served as Principal Investigator on the U.S. Air Force AFWERX SBIR program evaluating new approaches to modernizing fleet accident management.

Matthew Gershenzon

Data Insights Lead

Matt is a Carnegie Mellon University student who builds automation and analytics that turn fleet, repair, and compliance data into clear performance metrics. He designs scorecards and comparisons that make cost, downtime, and operational impact easy to evaluate and act on, supporting accountability, compliance validation, and product decisions across SHzoom partnerships.

Matthew Booco

Fleet Solutions

Matthew, formerly the Executive Director of General Services for the City of Westminster, CO, boasts over 10 years of experience in the public sector fleet industry – primarily in the municipal government space. Matthew currently serves as a fleet solutions advisor responsible for product development that drive real customer success.

Craig Markovitz

Lead Advisor

Craig is a Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and a successful entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in starting, growing, and selling businesses.
