Ingrid Cook on Business Insurance Diversity + Inclusion Institute Leadership Conference

The Diversity & Inclusion Institute’s Annual conference came to a successful conclusion on Sep 6th, 2019 in W Chicago City Center. The event was focused on how members of the commercial insurance industry perform diversity and inclusion strategies, as well as how diverse professionals with the right tools can advance their careers while building a pipeline of diverse professionals within the insurance industry.
During a discussion, Ingrid Cook talked about how she, as a black woman, connected with customers from the inside out. “It’s a matter of being able to engage. Engage without fear,” said Ingrid.
