Al Curtis
Fleet Director, Cobb County

Al Curtis, Public Fleet Hall of Fame Inductee and Fleet Services Director for Cobb County, boasts more than 27 years of industry expertise in both public and private sector settings. His last 18 years have been spent in Georgia where he is responsible for managing 2,500+ assets for Cobb County’s diverse fleet of vehicles and improving sustainability efforts to reduce the negative impact of greenhouse gas emissions.

In 2019, Al Curtis was awarded the legendary fleet lifetime achievement award. Under Al’s visionary leadership, the county added over 45 electric vehicles, 40 charging stations, significantly improved vehicle re-marketing values, and successfully implemented a distracted driver program which received national recognition.

Amy Dobrikova
VP, Fleet Solutions, Rexel Energy Solutions

Amy Dobrikova, Vice President, EV Fleet Solutions, is a driving force behind RES’s commitment to providing energy efficient and electrification solutions to fleets nationwide. Her impressive track record includes successfully launching fleet programs across the automotive sector, working closely with renowned organizations such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and Hertz. Amy’s experience and strategic acumen make her an invaluable asset in the field of fleet electrification. Her role is instrumental in advancing the transition to clean energy and electrification within the critical fleet sector.

Amy’s unwavering passion for sustainable transportation is evident in her leadership and volunteerism with various organizations, including her previous role as Chairman of the NTEA’s Green Truck Association.

Ingrid Cook Moravitz
CEO, SHzoom

Ingrid Cook Moravitz is the Chief Executive Officer at SHzoom – a tech firm with a patented electronic repair management system. SHzoom is focused on the convergence of fleet-related risks, internet technologies, machine learning, and automotive repairs. Ingrid, with more than 25 years of industry expertise, is a recipient of Business Insurance’s Women to Watch Award and serves on the Board of Directors for the Pittsburgh Technology Council.

Ingrid was featured in Fleet Solutions Magazine, a NAFA publication, spotlighting SHzoom’s latest technology Uptime – an innovative mobile/web-based accident and repair management solution for government and self-insured fleets. Uptime was developed using collaborative feedback from SHzoom’s forward-thinking partners in the public sector and has gained national recognition in the GovTech space.

Matthew Booco
VP of Service and Training, SHzoom

Matthew Booco, well-known for his innovative, forward-thinking leadership, is the Vice President of Service and Training at SHzoom. Matthew brings more than a decade of experience in the public sector – primarily in the municipal government space. Matthew is responsible for developing comprehensive service strategies and training programs to drive customer success.

Prior to SHzoom, Matthew served as a Fleet Analyst, a Fleet Manager, and most recently the Executive Director of General Services for the City of Westminster, Colorado. Booco holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver. In October 2018, Booco received his Certified Automotive Fleet Manager certification from the NAFA Fleet Management Association.
