To successfully get started with Uptime, it is important for you to understand the User Types. Each User Type carries different privileges. Please download the guides below before progressing to Step 3.
PLEASE NOTE: Every user in your organization MUST be assigned to a minimum of 1 User Type. Only repair shops and/or appraisers can utilize the Body Shop User Type. We encourage you to read the guide carefully. You will need this information to complete the next section.

FM Role Carries the Broadest Functionality; Including All of the Privileges Listed Below and the Ability to Add/Delete Users, Vehicles, and Body Shops.

View Damages and Reported Injuries from Scene.
