Users Data Collection
Data Collection consists of three components: User Setup, Asset Setup, and Shop Setup.
Before you begin, be sure to have the User Type Guide from Step 2 in hand. You will reference this guide as you complete the User Setup file for your organization. Please follow Steps A, B, and C below.
PLEASE NOTE: All users will need to be associated with at least one User Type to access the Uptime system. We are here to support you through every step of the process. Please chat with SHzoom Support ‘Z’ on the bottom right for help.
User Setup
A. Download User Setup File.
*Please enable macros to select multiple User Types.
B. Update File with User Data for Your Organization.
C. From the File Menu, click “Save As.”
*Please label your file using “Your Organization Name.”
